| Mission Statement: To educate and involve member of the Hamden Chamber of Commerce by developing strong relationships that ultimately encourage retention. To create opportunities to remain in contact with members to show value in membership and it s benefits. Communication is vital to retention. The more communication we have with our members by keeping them aware of benefits, the likelihood their membership will continue. If a member reaps benefits from their involvement, or if they are made to feel that they belong, they will be an active member year after year. This committee focuses on making new members feel welcome by offering personal introductions at events and helping to identify the key opportunities within the Chamber to support their business needs. They also work with our existing members to keep them informed and engaged. Committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Hamden Chamber Office, 2969 Whitney Ave at 5:30.
