Senior Health & Lifestyles Festival
Thursday, October 14th 9:00am to 12:00pm Thornton Wilder Auditorium Miller Memorial Library 2901 Dixwell Ave., Hamden Enjoy the 2010 Senior Health & Lifestyle Festival, a day to celebrate the lives of our community senior citizens. This year's event will offer health and lifestyle options. We want you to have the best local assistance with a life of health and wellness mind, body and soul! This year's event will be highlighted by: - Free Flu Shots* *Free for those with Medicare Part B, Connecticare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Aetna, Oxford and Healthnet insurance. For all others the cost of the flu shot is $38.00. You MUST bring your insurance card! - Health Screening- Glucose, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Glaucoma and more! - Door Prizes, Special Offers, Coupons and much MORE to come!
