| Other Annual Events
In addition to our three signature events, the Hamden Chamber offers a variety of forums offered to Members and the business community.
Economic Development Forum:
Town and Economic Development officials discuss how the town government and business community are working together to further enhance economic growth in Hamden.
Annual Meeting:
Scheduled every June, this event is an opportunity for Members to hear the accomplishments of the Chamber over the past year. The event also recognizes outstanding volunteers, elects new officers to the Board of Directors followed by a distinguished keynote speaker.
Legislative Breakfast:
Held in February, this event offers Members a view into the legislative process by meeting with our local State Representative & State Senators.
Mayoral Debates:
Every other year upon the election of the Mayor for the Town of Hamden, the Chamber hosts a Mayoral Debate which is open to the community at large. It's a opportunity for the candidates to have a forum to address the public on important issues.
Mayor's State of the Town Address:
The Hamden Chamber host a luncheon for Members and the community to hear the "State of the Town" address presented by our Mayor.
